Remove sqz’s Zed guidance block from BOTH .rules and AGENTS.md
(whichever contain it) — the target can have moved between installs
if the user created .rules later. The shared block in AGENTS.md
stays while Codex is registered.
Returns the list of files that were modified. A file left empty (or whitespace-only) after stripping is deleted, matching the AGENTS.md uninstall behaviour of the Codex integration.
