A ranged re-read of content the model already has, returned by CacheManager::check_slice_with_meta. The agent read a file in full earlier and is now reading lines start_line..=end_line of it.

Full 64-hex SHA-256 of the containing original.

start_line: usize

end_line: usize

total_lines: usize

Line count of the containing original.

token_cost: u32

Approximate token cost of the reference.
